Dr. Richard Newhart is a Periodontist in Parkersburg, WV. He is the first Periodontist in the state of WV to offer LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure), which is a gentle, more effective way to treat bone loss. The Gum Doctor has been serving the Mid-Ohio Valley since 1989.
